and the secret garden — real, not stock
Care — for ingredients, for people, for the land
The Globe has been a hotel, a coach station, a butcher's and more across its long life on Duncan Street — and it's appeared on screen in the BBC's Dylan in New York and Keeping Faith. Today it's Laugharne's hidden gem: a bar, a kitchen and a secret garden.
The kitchen starts where good food should — with care for the ingredients, the people, and the land that grows what we serve: beef from Eynon’s of St Clears three miles up the road, cockles and mussels from Penclawdd, and veg from C&M Organics. By day, the same building becomes the bakery.
